Dreach-Fhoula
(DROC-O LA)
Variations: Dreach-Shoula, Droch-Fhoula
In ancient Ireland dreach-fhoula ("taintedblood") was a type of vampiric fay. However, in modern times, the word is now used to refer to a blood feud between families. There is a castle in Kerry County, Ireland named DU'N DREACH-FHOULA ("the place of tainted blood").
